This morning the kids had a lesson up at Brog. Courtesy of national windsurfing week.

The usual trip to Woburn, 5 of us in all, Col, John, Richard and James. Conditions were hot and sticky today. We sped along quickly as the trip down to Woburn is bad with the bypass nearing completion around Ridgemont.

The tracks and paths in Woburn are dry and fast. No puntures. But I did all off big style down the roller coaster. I fell to the left, landed on all fours and slid to a halt. No damage to me or bike luckily, just the bar end gone missing on the RH side.

Good strong finish.

Bella and Georgie went with the rest of the club, up to Stewartby. Stephen couldn't ride, yet AGAIN he shoved his rear mech in the spokes and kets pedalling. Snap it went
